Pride and Prejudice
Forever iconic. Elizabeth and Mr Darcy are the duo that still are relevant to this day. Set in the 1900s Darcy and Elizabeth met at a ball and although they liked each other at first these feelings turned into a certain ire. This is because Darcy insulted Elizabeth rather than admitting he was interested in her.
Together they go through a series of misunderstandings, constantly at odds yet still very much enamored with the one another.

Jodhaa Akbar
The love story of Akbar one of the best Emperor of Hindustan (India) and Jodhaa his Empress. Their love was one that is shocking because of their differing religions. How can they marry? But this movie illustrates that a couple can respect one another’s religions and love each other all the same. I gotta say the amount of space and care Akbar puts forth for Jodhaa’s sake is something i just admire so much.
Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are my pairing of the early 2000s okay? Okay. If you like them go watch doom 2. I haven’t seen it sans a few scenes, but I’ve only heard good things.

Silver Skates
A historical romance, with beautiful cinematography and action scenes that leave you on the edge of your seat. The thieves in this movie are on skates so it’s coolto see the maneuvering as the gang soars on the ice.
